He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cronkwright and Eleanor Cronkwright (Morris); his brother Roy Cronkwright; his stepfather Herbert Cronkwright; and his nephew David Cronkwright.

He is survived by: his parent-in-law Midge Springer; his wife Rita (Maluskie); his children, Dave Cronkwright of Kitchener, Connie Thompson (Steven) of Kitchener, Paul Sorochan (Tracy) of Edmonton and Amber Cronkwright of Chesley; his grandchildren, Amanda, Katrina, Brittany, Stephanie, Liam, Benjamin, Austin, Carter, Angel, Adam, Katelyn, Abigail and Robert; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Angel Marie, Cole, Mavis and Natalia; his sister-in-law Catherine Cronkwright; and his siblings, Donna Leis (Larry) and Wayne (Cindy).

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
