Harold Henkel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Henkel (Chesley, Ontario), who passed away on November 30, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduard Henkel and Elizabeth Henkel (Leibold); his siblings, Sarah "Phyllis" and Herbert Adolph; his wife Margaret; and his children, Ruthann Callan and Walter Subject.

He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Sheila) of Southampton and Douglas Subject; his children-in-law, Marg Subject of Williamford and Marj Holman of Lion's Head; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Brandon, Shayla and Alex; his siblings, Phyllis Moore of Owen Sound and Herb (Nancy) of London; and his son Pastor Michael Henkel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or The Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
