He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather August; his wife Gwendolyn (Haack); his daughters, Carol (Bill Kuhl) of Keady, Kathy (Tom Kuhl) of Vineland and Margot Wathke of Hanover; his grandchildren, Mark (Allison), Matthew (Christina), Sarah (Alan Reif), Rachel, Nicholas, Christian and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Georgia Leigh and Ethan Alexander; his brothers, George (Maxine) of Port Elgin and Maurice (Lois Ann) of Kitchener; his sister-in-law Lloye Wathke of Desboro; his brothers, Harry, Wallace and Stewart; and his parents, Enoch Wathke and Sadie Wathke (Batterman).
