Barb Cowie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2024, at the age of 81, Barb Cowie of Chesley, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Nightingale and Margaret Nightingale (Baker); her former husband Thomas Cowie; her siblings, Brenda Dirstein (John) and Ron Nightingale; and her stepson Thomas Cowie.
She is survived by: her significant other Tom McClocklin; her son Ray Albright (Darlene) of Springwater; her grandchild D'Arsiah "Darcy" Albright; her stepchildren, Tammy Depencier of Owen Sound, Robert Cowie (Eileen) of Avon, N. Y. and Dawn Smith (James) of Kentville, N. S.; her stepdaughter-in-law Mary Cowie of Rochester, N. Y; and her sister Lori Martin of Chesley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Ontario SPCA and Humane Society or International Fund for Animal Welfare would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
