He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Vader; his sons, Roger Steenburgh (Dorothy) and Jeff Vader (late Debbie); and his wife Marlene Baverstock. He is survived by: his children, Dale Houlding and Valerie Botts (Paul); his stepsons, Floyd Baverstock (Sue) and David Baverstock (Sabrina); and his siblings, Arnold Vader (late Mary), Joyce Smith (late Gord), Gena Striker (Matt) and Dana Vader (Joanne). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Homes - Picton (33 Main St W, Picton, ON K0K2T0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cherry Valley Cemetery (1699 County Rd 10, Cherry Valley, ON K0K1P0).
