He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Brunet and Rita Brunet of Azilda, Ontario.; and his in-law Gaetan. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Lisette and Robert Brunet (Amanda); his stepchildren, Denise Harrington (Mark) and Marc Morrissette (Colleen); his sisters, Yvonne Steenburgh (Bill), Jackie Rainville (late Guy), Suzanne Laurin (late Réginal) and Jeannine Hryb (Bob); his in-laws, Helene Bertrand (Wayne), Réjeanne Duval (late Gaston), Pierrette Beaudry (Punch), Roch Romain (Nicole), Madeleine Romain (late Don), Raymond Romain (Louise), Jacques Romain (Michelle) and Suzanne Roy (Michel); and his close friend Jack Curry of Espanola. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
