He was predeceased by: his spouse Yvette; and his parents, Armand Lalonde and Roseanna Lalonde. He is survived by: his significant other Madeleine Gaudet; his children, Dianne Bélanger (Daniel) of Ottawa, Claude Lalonde (Denise) of Chelmsford and Suzanne Lalonde (Marcel) of Rockland; his grandchildren, Jean (Marine), Dominique (Tammy), André (Rebecca), Karyne (Michael), Krystal (Pierre-Luc), Cassandra, Mélanie (Henry), Isabelle and Vivianne; and his siblings, Jeanne Hélie, Armande Poitras, Reina Lalonde-Besette, Rosine Besette, Claire Turgeon, Nicole Chartrand, Carmen Bilodeau and Gilles Lalonde.
