He was predeceased by: his spouse Esterina; his siblings, Rosina, Giuseppe (late Gilda) and Mario; and his grandchild Jamie Vecchio.

He is survived by: his children, Filomena Vecchio (late Casper Vecchio) of Hornepayne, John Gagliardi (Mary-Carol Gagliardi) of Victoria Harbour and Danielle Gagliardi of Chelmsford, Ontario.; his sister-in-law Lina Gagliardi (late Mario Gagliardi) of London, Ontario.; his grandchildren, Gina, Debbie, Andrea, Carla and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Mekenzie, Jenna, Cooper, Jared, Julianna, Lincoln, Franky and Russell.
