He was predeceased by: his spouse Serita Chiswell; his sisters, Susie (late Hugh Holler) and Lorraine (late Val Young); and his siblings-in-law, Margie and Roy Preston.

He is survived by: his children, Martyn Chiswell (Carole) and Allan Chiswell (Carole); his grandchildren, Jennifer (David Jenkins), Mitchell (Joanne Acquaroli), Casey (Marc Côté) and Andrew (Jocelyne Francoeur); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Lilyth, Layla, Brooke, Reese and Zachary; and his siblings, Dian (late Walter Parzych) and Aubrey (late Kelly Chiswell). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
