He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Galbraith and Clara Galbraith; his siblings, Doris Lambkin-Gibbons, Georgina "Jo" Shaw-Gibbons, Olive Shaw and Elmer Galbraith; and his sons-in-law, Gary Radbourne and Terry Capling.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lorraine Galbraith; his daughters, Roxanne Radbourne (Darwin Reid) and Deborah Capling; his grandchildren, Krista-Kay Leachman (Bob), Mark Radbourne (Jenny), Danny Capling (Jenna) and Niki Serwaczek (Ben); and his siblings, Raymond Galbraith (Barb) and Edith Noble (David Lake).
