He was predeceased by: his daughter Ellie. He is survived by: his wife Neeltje; his daughters, Heleen (Michael), Joke (James), Henriette and Erna (Mike); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Patrick, Lara, Daniel, Emily and Meghan.
