He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his father Clifford Curtis (Clara); his brothers, Jim (Darlene) and Tom Curtis; and his parents-in-law, Melville, Amelia Webster and Betty Brewer.

He is survived by: his children, Cliff Curtis (Tammy Mortley) of Chatsworth, Connie Curtis (Larry Fitzgerald) of Limehouse, Karen Schultz (Greg) of Bolton and John Curtis (Melissa) of Holland Centre; his grandchildren, Connor, Kyle, Teagan, Macy, Jordan, Kassandra, Logan, Hayden, Brandon and Kylie; his great grandchildren, John and Macy; his sister Isabell Guse (Ted); and his parents-in-law, Shirley Webster, Frances Wilson, Bob Webster (Sharron Clarke), Bev Webster (Rose Christie), Linda Ceaser (Larry), Brenda Gardiner, Bonnie Kelly (Pat), Ruth Ceaser (Jim), Janice Webster (Bob Tolhurst), Mike Brewer and John King (Honey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
