He is survived by: his significant other Eve Robinson; his son Daniel Edward Kvas of Welland; his grandchildren, Beth and Jacob; and his significant other's children, David VanKralingen (Kathy), Katherine Parker (Brian), Ruth Ann Michaud (Gill), Jessie Robinson Latawiec (Dorian) and Robert Nuhn.
