She was predeceased by: her spouse Bert McInnis; her sons, James Gillen (Shirley) and Robert Gillen; her brother James Brodie (Dianne); and her stepdaughter Ida May Doucette (Ralph).

She is survived by: her children, Patrick Gillen (Sharon Stoddart), Peg Palsson (Joe), Tim Gillen (Debb), Phil Gillen (Colleen) and Kathy Morrison (Edward); her siblings, Angeline Ramsey (late Clarence), Florence Perry (late Gordon) and Harold Brodie (Leona); and her stepsons, Robert McInnis (Debbie) and Howard McInnis (Bev). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
