He was predeceased by: his wife Nina; and his son Donald Guy. He is survived by: his children, Fredrick Jannack (Melissa), Dale Guy, Tasha Clogg (Christopher) and David Guy; his siblings, Wayne Guy, James Guy and Lynda Lansue; and his daughter-in-law Janice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
