The passing of Vera Locke of Chatham, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 15, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Jones and Lillian Jones; her husband Robert Locke; her son David W. Green; and her sister Barbara Nachaj (late Joe).
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Pettipiece of Chatham; her daughter-in-law Donna Green; her son Bill Green (Deb) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Brady Pettipiece (Meaggan), Martha Boyle (Brian), David Shaw (Cheryl), Carol Vanderhaegh (Brian), Nathan Green and Jen Powers (Ken); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Chase, Colton, Chole Pettipiece, Natasha, Shae-Lynne Shaw, Taylor Baldwin-Green, Brandon Boyle (Reegan), Nicole Boyle (Lumber), Jessica Boyle, Ashley, Bryce Vanderhaeghe and Andrena Powers; and her sister Marilyn Moir (late Peter). She is also survived by her many friends, co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Christ Church (80 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J1). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
