He was predeceased by: his parents, George Maynard and Margaret Maynard (Springer); and his great grandchild Emmett Babcock. He is survived by: his children, Tom Maynard (Sandy) of Merlin and Tammy Owen (John) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Tyler Maynard, Laura Nichol (Dan), Matt Babcock (Lauren) and Bailee Middel (Cam); his great grandchildren, Dean Nichol, Eden Babcock, Wilder Babcock, Nora Middel and Finn Middel; his siblings, Jerry Maynard (Connie) and Florence Morrell (Leslie); and also, Lisa Camilo (Aldo) and Pamela Sayers (Mark). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Donations made in memory of Tom to the Canadian Diabetes Association or War Amps would be appreciated.
