Thelma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Penman and Mary Penman; her husband Charles Jay; her son Wayne Charles Jay; and her brother Leonard Penman (late Ann).
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lou Brown (Ken) and Cindy Gosnell (Brian); her grandchildren, Jason Brown (Beth), Curtis Brown (Susana), Alisha Travnicek (John), Danielle Wesselius (Steven), David Jay (Amy) and Emily Jay (Dominic); her great grandchildren, Kayla, Sloan, Connor, Jackson, Isavel, Klarissa, Douglas and Wyllium; and her sister Ruth Bishop. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
