He is survived by: his children, Talo (Dineke), Bill (Marian), Jake (Lorraine) and Rene; his grandchildren, Christina, Amanda (Harvey), Jared (Sarina), Danielle (Dustin), Ken (Rebecca), Jenise (Rudy), Eric (Natalie), Adrian, Heidi, Lucas (Angela), Esther (Nathan), Bethany, Caleb, Levi, Dustin (Jessica), Dalles (Michelle), Jordan, Jesse (Nicole), Charity, Brooklyn, Jasper, Jobina (Kieran Halliday), Desiree, Dean, Lakem, Jayelle, Landon, Lincoln, Langley, Natalia, Jodi, Josh (Justinne), Kyle, Lauren, Nathan and Annika; his great grandchildren, Eden, Jordynn, Bria, Jude, Keira, Blair, Maverick, Faith, Benjamin, Remy and Jack; and his sister Trudy Bouwman.
