Stephen Sinden Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2019, at the age of 83, Stephen Sinden (Chatham, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sinden and Hannah Sinden; his siblings, William Sinden (Bill) of Hartlepool and Mildred Lawson of Hartlepool; his nephew Jeff Lawson; and his brother-in-law Eric Benson (Sheila).

He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Christine Sinden of Chatham and Gary Sinden; his grandson Andrew Sinden; his sibling England; his nieces, Sandra Greenwell (Steve), Theresa Sinden, Rosemary Sinden, Lynne Whyte, Lori Benson, Liz Benson, Heather McFarlane, Stephanie Benson, Ashley Zimmer and Lisa Benson; his great-nieces, Louise Greenwell, Laura Wintersgill, Sarah Lawson, Macy Wintersgill, Sydnee Nolan, Meghan Whyte, Reagan McFarlane and Hillary McFarlane; his nephews, Les Lawson (Shona) and Ryan Benson; his great-nephews, Alex Whyte, Evan Clarke, Owen Clarke, Liam Zimmer, Sonny Wintersgill and Jack Wintersgill; his brothers-in-law, Martin Benson (Lisa), Graham Benson (Darlene) and Malcolm Benson (Judy); and his pet Bella.
