She was predeceased by: her parents, Esmond Ogletree and Luella Ogletree; her husband Robert Ashton; her children, Charlene Ashton and Alan Ashton; and her siblings, Mary, Gloria, Vivian, Doris, Kay, Laura, Betty, Donna, Agnes and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, David Ashton (Fe), Brenda Shadd (Nicholas) and Tracy Ashton; her grandchildren, Joy, Robert, Sean, Rikki, Jasmine and Madelyn; and her sister Ethel Marchand (late Larry). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
