Russell Modien Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Modien (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Russell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Russell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Modien and Lawrence Modien. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Maxwell and Sydney (Tanner); his brother Derek (Penny); and his pets, Nala and Zoe. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, various other relatives.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home (245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J9).
