He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Lannoo and Clements Lannoo; his wife Marcella; his children, Richard (Annette) and Debra Cartier; his grandchildren, Matthew (Alexis), Michael (late Lindsey), Joseph, Michelle and Danielle (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Hayden and Jadyn; and his sister Annie Myers.

He is survived by: his brother Oscar Lannoo (Cheryl) of Nanaimo.
