He was predeceased by: his parents, James Grant Keith and Anne McGinnis Keith VonLukawiecki; and his stepfather Roman VonLukawiecki. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Chute, Grant Jacques, Trevor Keith and James Keith; and his siblings, Dan Keith, Brenda Cuming (Roger), Bryan Keith (Nancy), Diane Hooper (late Larry), Sandy Keith, Bob Keith, Lori Meredith (Mike), Rose Houssar (Dan), Roman VonLukawiecki (Sabina) and Cami (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and grandchildren.
