It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Payne (Chatham, Ontario), born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Apthorp and Ruby Apthorp; and her brother Tim Steele. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Eldridge, Marlene Gordon (late Don), Al Apthorp (Loretta) and Nolan Ripley (Leora). She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and many extended family.
