She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Merritt and Rhoda Merritt; her husband Donald S. Boylan; her son Donald; and her siblings, Edna Faubert, Barbara Kelly, Leonard, Lyle, Clifford, Garnet and Robert Merritt.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Lynn) of Blenheim, Garry, Patty of Thamesville, Darlene St. Pierre (Philip) of Chatham, Brian (Donna) of Blenheim and Steve of Ridgetown; and her daughter-in-law Carol Boylan of Blenheim. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
