He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Simpson (late Josie Simpson) and Joyce (Toes); and his siblings, Clive Simpson (Sue) and Debbie Cleminson (Chris). He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Hodgson) of Chatham; his children, John Simpson (Kara-Lee Carson) of Niagara, Robert Simpson (Julie Laprise) of Pain Court and Lynn Claeys (Rick Claeys) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Justin, Sarah, Ashley, Katherine and Andrew; and his sister Suzanne Thwaites (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
