He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Genoveva Martins (Bettencourt); his parents, Victoria Martins (Pedreira) and Julio Martins; his children, Nicholas James Martins and Diogo Miguel Martins; and his siblings, Judy Martins, Carlos Martins, Jaime Martins, Albert Martins (Veronica) and Alex Martins (Jamie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM at the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home (156 William St S, Chatham, ON N7M4S8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Joseph's Church (180 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M5K4). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:45 PM to 2:55 PM at the St. Anthony's Cemetery.
