She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Johnston; and her brother-in-law Don Houweling. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Johnston (Pepper); her son Brian Montgomery; her siblings, Mary Jane Johnston (Rhonda), Linda Haskell, Madeline Houweling, Bill Johnston (Debbie), Mike, John and Rob Johnston (Natalie); her close friends, Bill Jacques and Pat Wright; and her pet Brennly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
