He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his siblings, June Springer (Delbert) of St. Thomas, James Provost (Dorothy) of Chatham and Mary Jane Bird (Don) of Chatham; and his sister-in-law Betty Coffin of London.
In memory of Pat, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
