With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Kominek of Chatham, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Kominek to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson and Margaret Lawson; her husband Joseph Kominek; her brothers, William and Harry Lawson; and her brother-in-law Thomas Lassaline.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Kominek (Sheila), Janet Kominek and Susan Graham (J. D.); her siblings, Thomas Lawson (Norma) and Margaret Lassaline; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Lawson and Chris Lawson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations made in memory of Nancy to the First Presbyterian Church or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
