He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Cylwa (Koscielski); his parents, Leokadia Cylwa (Trochimowicz) and Zygmunt Cylwa; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his sons, Steven, Michael and Jason; his grandchildren, Abbigail, Victoria and Juliana; his siblings, Roma Chruscik, Walenty "Val" Cylwa (Bonnie) and Dominic Cylwa (Krystyna); and his sister-in-law Pauline Cylwa.
