She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Koning and Florence Catherine Koning (Hunt); her husband Bill Hoekstra; her children, Tracy, Andy Sypkes, Cheryl Wolting, Tim Wolting, Kelley and David Lightfoot; her grandchildren, Jillian, Kevin Sypkes, Meredith, Alexandra Wolting, Wyatt and Payton Lightfoot; her siblings, David Koning (Willie) of London, Peter Koning, Catherine DeHaan and Harry; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew DeHaan and Pam Koning.
