She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Melenchuck and Mary Melenchuck (Vallee); and her siblings, Irene Miller, Jean Schulhauser and Edward.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Boniface. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
