She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edgar and Edith Edgar; her husband Hal Prentice; her siblings, Lois Edgar, Shirley Hopper and Allan Edgar; and her siblings-in-law, David Hopper, Sylvia Edgar and Betty Prentice.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Prentice (Sanja) of London and Janet Schram (Rocky) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Richard Schram (Ashley), Connor Schram, Maya Prentice and Emma Prentice; and her siblings, Bill Edgar (Elsie) and Jean Robertson (Bob). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Marie to the Alzheimer Society.
