She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Demers and Elsie Demers; her husband Francis Barnier Sr.; her daughter Carol Ann Emery of Chatham; her sisters, Loretta Brosseau (late Alphonse) and Theresa St. Pierre (late Shirley); and her sister-in-law Peggy Demers.

She is survived by: her children, Francis Barnier (Maryann) of Chatham and Allan Barnier (Lisa) of Tilbury; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Diana, Brendan, Dustin and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Chayce, Logan and Harper; her brother Oscar Demers (Eileen); and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Barnier (Janet) and Neil Barnier (Claudette).

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask.
