It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Ellis of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on February 28, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Ellis and Helen Sobry (Née Yoko); his significant other Marianne; his children, Amber Ellis (Steve Haderer) and Justin Ellis; his grandchildren, Lee, Daniel, Donna, Victoria, Lea, Shaun, Kelly and Tsunade; and his siblings, Audrey, Madeline, Shawn and Laura.
He is survived by: his siblings, Grace and Tommy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home - Chatham (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Leaf Cemetery (75 Maple Leaf Dr, Charing Cross, ON N0P1G0).
Donations made in memory of Lee to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
