Lawrence Willan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2024, Lawrence Willan of Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lawrence shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lawrence farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Willan and Annie Willan; his wife Nellie Willan; and his children, Lawrence, George, Jerry (Joanne), James and Tammy. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home (245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J9). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Maple Leaf Cemetery (55 Maple Leaf Dr, Chatham, ON N7M6H2).
