He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Pepper (Gilhula) and Reginald Pepper; his siblings, Madeline Kearney, Shirley Britton, Odis and Harold Pepper; and his sister-in-law Rosalie Pepper.

He is survived by: his siblings, Reg Pepper and Wanda Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
