He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Chinn and Jessie Chinn; his spouse Debby Chinn; his grandchildren, Makaylah and Julia; and his siblings, Herman, Roy, Calvin, Frank, Elizabeth, Bonnie, Lloyd, Eileen and Bill.
