With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joao P. Vilaranda of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on January 14, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Vilaranda; his children, Antonia and Jose; and his grandchild Giselle. He is survived by: his children, Manuel (Julia Vilaranda), Antonio (Brenda Vilaranda), Teresa (John Ferreira), Maria (BoaVentura Lopes), Miquelina (Jose Martinho), Firmino (Jody Vilaranda), Joe (Helen Vilaranda), Fernando (Tina Vilaranda), Anabela (Nelson Cavacas), Carlos (Amelia Vilaranda) and Margaret (Joe Pisquem); his grandchildren, Tony (Jeannot), Susan (Matt), Elizabeth (Brian), Jennifer (Steve), Victor, Sylvia (Eric), Annete (Chris), Michael, Steve (Vanessa), Melissa (Michael), Vincent (Amanda), Kyle, Brian (Molly), Matthew, Tyler, Ashley (Ryan), Brandon (Olivia), Amanda (Jason), Alexandra, Jayden, Julian, Gabriella, Vanessa and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Cruz, Giada, Nova, Benicio, Xavier, Siena, Max, Cecilia, Fiona, Chloe, Tiago, Zoe, Benjamin and Everleigh.
