She was predeceased by: her husband William E. "Bill" Rapley; her parents, John Fraser and Ruby Fraser; and her brothers, Alan Fraser (June) and Kenneth Fraser (Jean).
She is survived by: her children, Becky French and Sandie Charbonneau (Bernie); her grandchildren, Cooper, Delanie Sykes and Isabel French; and her nieces and nephews, Ruth Anne Malenda (Jim), Margy Krumm (Jim), Elizabeth King (David), John Fraser (Mary) and Kenneth Fraser (Rebecca). She is also survived by friends and extended family.
Donations made in memory of Jean to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
