She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dieleman and Maria Dieleman; and her siblings, Kay Hooyer (late Everett), Adrian Dieleman (late Attie), Marie Verburg (late John), Jim Dieleman (late Ann) and Wilma Van Gurp (late Jake).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Reformed Church (25 Tweedsmuir Ave E, Chatham, ON N7M3Z6).
Donations made in memory of Jane to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
