He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Fulcher (Pinsonneault) and Harry Fulcher; his children, James Fulcher and Danielle Fulcher (Robert Rivett); his grandchild Kelly Morgan; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Ryder and Easton; his uncle Ron Garrison; and his sister Candy. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid-19, there will be a private family visitation and Chapel Service at the funeral home.

Donations to the Diabetes Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
