He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Kelly and Margaret Kelly; and his siblings, Mike and Kathryn. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Shannon Kelly and Christina Kelly; and his siblings, Pat Kelly (Brenda) and Dan Kelly (Susan). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you must schedule your visitation time in advance. All attendees as mandated by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario must wear a mask at all visitations and funerals.
