He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Dawson (Margaret Roe) and Meryl Cranston. He is survived by: his wife Bess Dawson; his children, Debra Crowell (John), Chris Dawson (Melissa) and Chad Dawson (Natascha); his grandchildren, Kelsy Crowell, Brock Crowell (Kate), Kyle Dawson, Kristen Dawson (Rob Campbell) and Machaila Wesch-Dawson; his great grandchildren, Grace McIntosh, Jackson McIntosh and Brynn Crowell; and his sister Beulah Hind (Larry).
The family kindly encourages that donations be made to the Chatham Kent Hospice in Jim's memory.
