She was predeceased by: her husband H. Douglas Carter. She is survived by: her brothers, Jim Rath (Carol) of Chatham and David Rath of Grimsby; her nieces and nephews, Leanne Wilson (Patrick) of Oshawa, Vicky Noble (Scott) of England, Rebecca Rath of British Columbia, Blake Handsor (Michele) of Chatham, Terry Rath (Rosey) of New Hamburg, Ian Rath of British Columbia and Jeff Handsor (Nadia) of Huntsville; and her cousin Gary Hopcraft (Donna) of Kitchener.
