The passing of Irene Campbell (Chatham, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 8, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Knobby" Campbell; her parents, Robert "Scotty" Paterson and Amy Paterson; and her brothers, Robert Paterson, William Paterson (Faye), Alan Paterson (Dianne), Gary Paterson and Jim Paterson.

She is survived by: her children, Cherie Hill (Mike), Robert, Michael Campbell (Lisa Yerinides) and Patti Miller (Pat); her grandchildren, Steven Campbell (Michelle), Erica Campbell (Aaron Leaf), Nicholas Hill (Danielle), Heather Hill, Jamie Shane and Alec Miller; and her brother Colin Paterson (Janice).

Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.

“My deepest condolences to you and your family. Irene was a wonderful person. I will always remember swimming at her house when I was a child but also knowing her as a friend as an adult. Mom and she were in each other's lives since they were teens and share many memories. She will be missed, but she will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.”
