He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Chase and Julia Chase; his wives, Paula Lambkin Chase and Iris Shreve Chase; and his sisters, Marlene Grineage and Marilyn Chase.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Chase (Barb Charron) of Sombra, Patricia Robbins Clark of Chatham, Penny Robbins of Chatham and Doug Robbins (Andrea) of Chatham; and his brother Earl Chase (Shyla).
