She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Jack and Ella Jack (Bacheldor); her husband Armand; her son Larry; her children-in-law, Marion and Andy Jones; and her siblings, Gordon Jack (Vi), Garnet Jack (Grace) and Verna Parry (Rob).

She is survived by: her children, David (Jo-Anne), Lisa (Guy Graham), Danny (Kathy), Rick, Lynn (Dennis Boylan) and Kathy (Dick O'Neill); her daughter-in-law Diane Gagner; and her sister-in-law Angela Gagner. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of floral tributes, those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to consider the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
